It has been a real pleasure to work with Nikki throughout the sale of my family’s large home and estate in Rutherford County and the subsequent purchase of my small horse farm.

In constant contact and easily attainable, reliable, efficient, and full of resources, she has acquired much experience and created a good team of contacts /contractors for her projects: estate sales, HVAC, moving companies, landscape firms, plumbers, electricians, general contractors, carpenters and builders for horse stables, run-in sheds, horse fences. She gave me excellent advice and contacts in all these areas.

An accomplished horsewoman, she loaded my horses (difficult loaders) for transport in vans to the new horse farm. This talent proved truly invaluable.
